CURRENCY

Canadian customers shop and check-out in CAD.

American customers shop and check-out in USD. Duties included in price No additional fees upon delivery.

International (Europe, UK, Australia) customers shop and check-out in CAD.

SHIPPING

We ship via Canadapost or UPS, depending on location and size of the parcel.

Shipping within Quebec is 15$. CAD (includes tracking, 1-3 day delivery).

Shipping to Canada is flat rate 18$ CAD (includes tracking, 1 week delivery).

Shipping to the USA is flat rate 24$ CAD (19$ USD)  (includes tracking, 5-10 day delivery). Duties are also charged at check-out.

Overseas shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. To see shipping quotes, add items to cart and click on check-out. International shipping times vary and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

We do our very best to have orders shipped within 2-4 business days if your item is in stock. In the event that an item purchased is not in stock, and needs to be made for you, we will advise you of any delay via e-mail. 

Certain items are made to order and ship 2-4 weeks from order date, this information is in the product listing.

International customers - any taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us, the buyer must pay for new shipping charges if they wish for the package to be resent. Ovate is not responsible if a buyer enters an incorrect or incomplete address. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Buyer can return an item to exchange for a different size, however the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We can also offer shop credit if an item needs to be exchanged. Shop credit is valid on anything in the shop and does not expire.

Buyer must contact us prior to sending an item back for return shipping instructions.

Items must be returned via USPS/Canadapost/Royal Mail, etc. (NOT UPS, Fedex, DHL).  Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving, buyer must provide proof of shipping via email.

Items must be in perfect, unworn condition otherwise an exchange will not be granted and item will be returned to buyer.
